Hey Critic, I was just reading the damn Hanback copy cats reviews of products and lost my temper a bit. They were talking about CVA's new battery powered electronic ignittion and they were talking about how maybe its all gone too far and i had to go off, so here are my thoughts cuz i dont feel like arguing with idiots on his crappy blog.

Are you people even serious? Who the heck cares if the damn muzzleloader uses a battery? It has been a long time since muzzleloaders have been anything but one shot rifles and we all know that. get out of freekin denial. I hope CVA sells tons of them and makes great money and i hope this helps cause less animals to be wounded and more animals to be put in the meat locker.

the time for worrying about have we gone too far passed about 5 years ago so lets just enjoy the technology and give up this in denial place where 90% of hunters live. there are always the few true traditionalists but they are like the Last of the Mohecans so get real to the rest of you.

Hanback fires arrows through a Whisper Bisket, what could be less challenging then that? Is anyone getting on him about that, no? Am I upset about that, no! I think the more accurately you can place the arrow into an animals vitals the better. the idea when you fire is to eat the animal, perhaps mount the animal and to make a clean kill. To those last of the mohecans that disagree and condemn us hunters that utilize technology shame on you. We are all hunters and we all love the sport, go focus your condemning on the anti's.

By the way this Smith and wesson is a bad ass machine! to the person above who asked about handgun hunting, all you gotta do it try it. Once you fire and kill an animal inside of 40 or 50 yards with a handgun you will get it. it is a rush!

I think it's the challenge. More and more hunters out there are looking for a little different challenge to their hunts. Handgun hunting hasn't been tapped into very hard yet and could be soon.
